Overview
Working with NHS England, I conducted research across healthcare services involving clinicians, patients and vulnerable groups, including work on how patients navigate access to sensitive patient records in the NHS app.
What I did
I planned and ran interviews, workshops and feedback activities across sensitive healthcare environments, designing every session around the duty of care owed to vulnerable participants. I worked closely with healthcare stakeholders to understand user needs and operational challenges, and turned what we learned into recommendations the service teams could act on.
Results
- Produced evidence that informed patient-centred service improvements.
- Built research practices appropriate for clinicians, patients and vulnerable groups in sensitive settings.
